REVIEW│Sweet Filthy Boy by Christina Lauren

♥♥♥

"One-night stands are suppose to be with someone convenient, or wickedly persuasive, or regrettable. They aren't suppose to be with someone like him."
But after a crazy Vegas weekend celebrating her college graduation-and terrified of the future path she knows is a a cop-out- Mia Holland makes the wildest decision of her life: follow Ansel Guillaume- her sweet, filthy fling- to France for the summer and just...play
When feelings begin to develop behind the provocative roles they take on, and their temporary masquerade adventures begin to feel real, Mia will have to decide if she belongs in the life she left because it was all wrong, or in the strange new one that seems worlds away.

Being one who loved Beautiful Bastard, also by Christina Lauren I couldn't wait to start Sweet Filthy Boy. It had elements that I was expecting and the sex scenes were good, not as exciting as they were in Beautiful Bastard, but they were still steamy. The story took a while to pick up for me. There were places where it seemed paced well and I was into the story, then it would wean off into dull conversation and not what I was looking for!

I really can't get much more into it without giving spoilers which I rarely do and I don't think this is one of those cases where it is!

I gave this ♥♥♥ out of ♥♥♥♥♥ on Goodreads because while I didn't love it, I did like it as an entire book. I would recommend it to those who loved Beautiful Bastard, but beware it isn't has hot or funny as Beautiful Bastard!

COVER REVEAL│A Thrill Seeking Relationship by Ray Sostre

Title: A Thrill Seeking Relationship
Author: Ray Sostre
Release Date: March 4th, 2015
Published by: Bitten Press, LLC
Genre: Contemporary, Erotic, MFM, FFM

Josh Trevelyan and Isabel Tavares are a thirty-something couple with a need to keep their relationship fun, adventurous, and naughty. When the two share a threesome with Isabel’s best friend, Lourdes Rivera, the two realized they found that special someone who would help fill the void, but would Lourdes consider being in a relationship with two people?

He then held out two fingers with Isabel’s flavor on them to Lourdes, “Here, taste her.”
Lourdes took his fingers in her mouth without hesitation. She rolled her eyes upward, sucking Isabel’s flavor into her mouth.
When he pulled his fingers from her mouth, Lourdes leaned in and kissed him, sharing Isabel’s essence. He felt something warm and wet on the head of his shaft. He knew it was Isabel, but he didn’t look down.
He was busy making out with Lourdes.
Needing to feel both of them licking and sucking him, he pulled away from Lourdes’s kiss and placed his hand on her shoulder, motioning for her to go down. “Taste me.”
He looked down at Lourdes and Isabel as they took turns taking him into their mouths. Isabel sucked and nibbled the tip while Lourdes slid her tongue along the underside of his girth then they would turn to each other and make out once more. This scene was too much to handle. He needed them naked.
“Fuck!  Let’s all get naked and go to the bedroom.” Isabel looked up at Josh. “I agree.”

BLOG TOUR STOP & GIVEAWAY│Eight Days a Week by Amber L. Johnson

A "manny" should always mind his own business. And he definitely shouldn’t fall in love with his boss.

Release Date: November 6 , 2014
Genre: Romance / Contemporary
ISBN e-book: 978-1-61213-329-4

Eight-Days-a-Week-3D-Bookstack-2

Gwen Stone has secrets she’s not ready to reveal. After a recent promotion at work, she needs a caretaker for her children. She’s frenzied and in a lurch and pretty much ready to hire the first person who comes along. So she does.

Andrew Lyons needs to get out of his sister’s apartment, and a Craigslist posting may be the answer to his prayers. But what he thought was an ad for a room rental turns into a job offer he can’t refuse. Accepting the nanny position could change his life, if only he had a clue how to be a grownup.

A working mother, a shirtless “manny” who looks good in a towel, two children who need more than a babysitter, and hours of kids’ TV can only spell disaster for everyone involved. Because a manny should always mind his own business. And he definitely shouldn’t fall in love with his boss.

AuthPhot
Amber is a full-time mom and a full-time wife who is employed full time and writes when she can. She believes in Happily Ever Afters that occur every day—despite the obstacles real life serves up on a regular basis. Or perhaps they’re sweeter simply because of them. She always has two rubber bands on her wrist, a song in her head, and too much creamer in her coffee cup that reads ‘Cocoa,’ because she’s a rebel.

If she’s not at her desk, with her boys, or behind the computer, she’s supporting live music with her arms raised above her head and her eyes closed, waiting for the drop.

Praise for Eight Days a Week
"Laugh-out-loud story about a guy who goes to look at a room to rent and discovers it comes with a job - that of live-in nanny to two damaged kids. So Andrew Lyons accidentally becomes the "manny". Written in his POV, this book chronicles his hilarious escapades as he looks after and grows to love Bree and Brady, and his employer, Gwen. His pranks and spot-on observations about kids' TV shows had me giggling, but there were a few serious moments worthy of a sniffle as well. The star of the show may be Don, though - you'll just have to read this book to find out about him! Highly recommended."
 - Andrea Goodreads Review

I had the honor to read this book early and I am so glad that I was given the chance to read and review it!

First, the writing flows so well and was really enjoyable to read! The plot was sweet and funny more than it wasn't! Eight Days a Week was a page turner and kept my attention which is always something I find enjoyable when reading.

The characters were amazing! I loved Drew! If you have read this and didn't love him, I don't know what planet you are from! I loved how he interacted with both kids. It was an instant connection and you could really tell that they love each other. I think the dynamic between them is my favorite part of the book!

I loved how realistic this book was. I felt like I was a part of the family and my heart strings were pulled several times. I really liked the topic of loss that was in this book. I can already see this on the big screen. It would translate very well into a movie!

I gave this book ♥♥♥♥♥ out of ♥♥♥♥♥ on Goodreads and highly recommend this book to those who love romance, comedy and contemporary stories.
